The q hotels collection
The Q Hotels Collection have commissioned us to photograph their entire estate as they navigate various hotel refurbishments. The first on the list was the impressive Oulton Hall on the outskirts of Leeds. This stunning property offers a mix of period architecture and modern recreational facilities. Among the highlights were the central double height Great Hall with grand staircase contrasted with the contemporary ‘Claret Jug’ golf club and grounds. This was a fantastic hotel to initiate the considerable Q Hotels project. Ashford International in Kent soon followed. This was a much more modern property with an impressive upgrade to the lounge, bar, gym and spa. Our favourite as new format to the main lobby area with high screens creating intimate seating areas. Dunston Hall in Norwich are coming next.
